At Accessory Power we support several non profit organizations that raise money for causes that are important to us. In the past we have supported the armed forces by volunteering at a charity bike race that raises money for veterans who now have physical disabilities. When we heard of Tom Connolly's journey and his cause, we were eager to learn more and help in any way that we can.
To raise money for Operation Gratitude, a nonprofit that sends care packages to the US military, Tom is walking across the entire United States, 3,000 miles, starting in Los Angeles and ending in his hometown, Windsor Connecticut. His goal is to not only raise awareness for Operation Gratitude but also raise $30,000 to be able to send 1,000 care packages!
Every long journey isn’t complete without supplies, so Accessory Power has provided Tom with a portable solar panel charger, a USB battery power bank and a pair of our Lifetime Warranty indestructible GOgroove RNF headphones. We are also donating 0.25 cents per mile that Tom walks. We are doing everything we can to help Tom reach his goal of $30,000 and raise awareness for this amazing organization.
