The unit was working fine for the last few weeks since I purchased it. This past week, my 4 yo daughter pressed some of the buttons, includings the ff and rewind buttons and then most likely she pushed and turned the dial knob that tunes the station. I now am still able to pair my iPhone with the unit as I hear the two beeps. The problem now is that I cannot get any sound out of the unit, either music or calls. All the lights are on on the unit as well as the Bluetooth pairing symbol on the phone. I have also verified that the phone is set to the Flexsmart x2 as opposed to the iPhone on the phone. Both unit and iphone are tuned to the same station. I have also matched diferent frequencies but to no avail. I feel it is something simple. Any help is greatly appreciated. Steve.

Hello Steve,

Please put the X2 and your FM stereo to 88.1
Try adjusting the VOLUME on the X2. Do this by pressing down the knob once, then you will see a number appear 0-30. Twist the knob to adjust volume up to 20 or 30.

If that doesn't help, try the steps below:
1)Disconnect the head of the X2 from the neck.
2)Re-connect and power on X2.
3)Connect your device to X2 via the 3.5mm LINE IN port located on its right side.
4) Make sure volume is UP on your device, and play music. Do you hear music?
